2. MADE-TO-ORDER & PRODUCTION TIME
All items are produced only after an order is placed.

2–4 weeks, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
This production time is an estimate and may vary depending on demand, materials, or external constraints. Customers acknowledge and accept this delay when placing an order.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in EUR (€) unless otherwise specified.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not enter production until payment has been successfully processed.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We offer worldwide shipping.
Shipping times vary depending on destination and carrier. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
Just An Era cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events beyond our control.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Because all artworks are made to order, returns or refunds are not accepted, except in the following cases:
- The item arrives damaged
- The item is defective due to a production error
In such cases, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photographic evidence of the issue.
Normal wear, minor imperfections, or variations inherent to handmade art are not considered defects.
