Return & Refund Policy

At Just An Era, each artwork is produced individually and made to order.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and accept the conditions outlined below.

MADE-TO-ORDER POLICY  

All products sold by Just An Era are:
- Physical sculptural artworks
- Produced only after an order is placed
- Made specifically for the customer

For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds once an order has entered production.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS  

Returns and refunds are not accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Preference changes
- Differences in perception, color, or texture
- Minor variations inherent to handcrafted or artistic production

Each piece may show slight variations compared to product images. These variations are part of the artistic nature of the work and are not considered defects.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS  

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective due to a production or shipping issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must provide:
- Clear photographs of the damage
- Photos of the packaging
- Your order number

Once the issue is verified, we will repair or remake your artwork and resend it at no cost to you. If neither is possible, you will receive a full refund.

SHIPPING ISSUES  

Just An Era is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, or events beyond our control.

Customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees may apply depending on the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

CANCELLATIONS  

You can change or cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, for a full refund. After 48 hours, your artwork is in production and the order can no longer be cancelled.
